Establishing cleaning frequencies

The cleaning frequency of any aspect of your business is influenced by many things, such as: traffic (pedestrian & vehicle); OH&S requirements; your location; your type of business; etc.
For example, it is likely that the cleaning requirements of medical premises will be different from a commercial site, an office environment or a body corporate. This is where a good commercial cleaning contractor can assist. You will have some expectations of cleanliness within your business and the professional contractor will have input as to the range and frequency of cleaning in similar businesses. Together you should be able to establish a specification that outlines the type of cleaning and the frequency. Depending upon your requirements it may include things such as: floors; walls; furniture; windows; restrooms; drapes; kitchens; etc.
Once the specification has been created it may be wise to agree on a review period some months later to see if the service is, 1 Delivered as expected or, 2 Needs to be altered.
