Importance of periodical deep cleaning of commercial Vinyl and Carpeted Floors

Vinyl Floors:

Vinyl floors require more than a simple clean. Regular maintenance of your vinyl floors can result in a positive impression of your facilities.

Vinyl floor restoration is a technical process with which we have extensive experience. It primarily consists of stripping and removing any dirt grime and scuff marks off the floor and cleaning the floors to a level that we can easily apply polish in a systematically way which enhances the shine of the floor. Usually we apply 3 to 4 coats of floor in order to boost the shine. When done well it will enhance the appearance of your commercial premises. There are different carpet cleaning methods available in the current marketplace, such as: hot water extraction, dry cleaning, and low moisture cleaning. We recommend hot water extraction  as the most effective way of removing ground dirt and grime in soiled carpet areas. 
We have high powered hot water extraction  machines which spray water at 100 centigrade mixed with effective cleaning agents that have the capacity to remove grime and freshen up your carpets. Our equipment is fully capable to extract 95% of the water from the carpets, allowing them to be fully dry and accessible within a few hours.
